During your visit

The safety and wellbeing of our guests and team is our top priority and we always take all necessary precautions to ensure their continued welfare. As with many other businesses, we actively monitor the situation with regards to the outbreak of Covid-19 coronavirus.

In line with the latest government guidelines, during your visit you will not be required to wear a face mask as we are an open air venue. We manage the flow of visitors carefully to ensure there is sufficient space maintained between various groups. We will ask you to respect this.

You will not be asked to show your NHS Covid Passport, again in line with government guidelines for venues of our size.

If you are travelling to and from Liverpool city centre on our ‘Peasant Wagon’ coach, we ask you to please wear a face mask during the journey to protect yourself and others, unless you are exempt.

Changes to your booking

If your entire booking is affected by an official local, regional or national lock down and you are unable to travel your booking can be transferred to another date free of charge, subject to availability, or will be refunded in full.

If someone in your party is unable to travel for any reason, after you confirm final numbers with us and full payment is made no refund will be available as per our standard terms and conditions.

For further information, please refer and adhere to the advice given by your local health authority https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-covid-19-information-for-the-public.

Keep safe and we will see you soon!
